Your expertise in community development will help shape programs and strategies that address the needs of our diverse population, ensuring that everyone has access to the opportunities and services they deserve.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven track record in developing, implementing, and evaluating community development programs, particularly those focused on culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities and people with disability.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships across various sectors, including government, non-government organisations, service providers, and community groups.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of current issues affecting target community groups and ability to provide high-quality, evidence-based advice on social policy issues.
  • Have experience in leading the development, implementation, and reporting of community development strategies.
  • Proactive in identifying and securing external funding opportunities to support diversity and inclusion programs.
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment and are comfortable handling multiple projects and priorities.
