The Role

We’re seeking someone who shares our passion for building community equity and capacity through the key focus areas of community leadership, community volunteering, community planning, community hubs and community grants.

In this varied role you’ll be involved in policy, strategy, program and strategic partnership development and evaluation.

About You

As a Community Strengthening Officer you’ll need to be committed to strengths-based community development, have excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills and highly developed project planning and management skills.
