About the Role

The Shire of Esperance is looking to establish a talent pool to fill immediate and future casual vacancies at Esperance Home Care. Come and join our team of Community Support Workers, to help make a difference in the lives of people in our community.

This position provides cleaning, housekeeping, meal preparation and personal care services to older people and to people with a disability who are living in their own homes.

Flexible working hours are offered based on the availability of applicants. 

About You

A ‘C’ class driver’s licence, ability to pass an NDIS check and a satisfactory police clearance are essential.

Qualifications and/or relevant experience or ability to work with older people and people with a disability is also required.

Extensive on the job training will be provided.

Benefits

Salary: $34.03 per hour (includes 25% loading) plus superannuation

Conversion to part time or full time is available for the right applicants.
