KG 2.1 - 2.5 salary range from $77,998 - $90,163 per annum plus leave buy back. In accordance with the Early Education Employees Agreement 2020, the successful candidates will receive an additional payment for the purchase back of six weeks of annual leave. You will be entitled to the four weeks of leave negotiated with the coordinator. This means the salary range is $95,937 - $110,897 per annum inclusive of leave buy back, plus superannuation.
As the program continues to grow and expand, we are looking for more passionate Early Childhood Teachers to meet the increasing demand for quality education and care. The Role: Are you an Early Childhood Teacher looking for a rewarding role? We are currently seeking an experienced Bachelor qualified Early Childhood Teacher to lead a small team in our Safe Haven program. Benefits of the role: - 5 hours contact time each day.

This is an extremely rewarding position suiting an experienced early years professional who has an interest in trauma informed practice and attachment theory. About You: In this role you will support a team in providing quality education and care in a safe, secure, stimulating and healthy environment and ensure the developmental needs, interests and experiences of each child in care are being met. To be successful in this full time, fixed term and casual position until December 2026, we are seeking an individual who has: - Knowledge and understanding and a genuine interest in meeting the early developmental needs of young children and families.

- An enthusiastic and self-motivated approach to life.
- A Bachelor's degree (minimum) in early childhood (or equivalent as approved by Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority) and substantial professional experience in Early Years’ services.
- Previous experience working with vulnerable communities within a child-centred, trauma informed, family-focused framework.
- You will be naturally able to motivate, support and guide educators across all aspects of service provision to achieve desired outcomes within the service's parameters.
