The Ballarat Aquatic Lifestyle Centre is seeking an energetic Fitness Services Officer who is passionate about the health and fitness industry to join our team of dedicated staff.
Reporting to the Fitness & Community Engagement Team Leader, the Fitness Services Officer will play a vital role in driving membership growth, retention and participation at the Ballarat Aquatic & Lifestyle Centre (BALC). This role is an important link between the Health Club, Group Fitness and Customer Experience departments and, as such, will need to be skilled and equipped to perform in all areas. The successful candidate will be a motivated team player with the ability to not only provide guidance, advice and training on all Health Club matters but also develop, implement and optimise retention programs and initiatives to meet BALC’s objectives.
