About the role

The Goldfields Oasis is looking for an experienced, motivated and pro-active leader with sound knowledge of pool plant operations who can provide exceptional customer service, leadership to an energetic and enthusiastic team and ensure the highest standard of water quality and Centre presentation.  The Goldfields Oasis is an Employer of Choice, recognized nationwide for their brand of community involvement, empowering individuals to achieve extraordinary results. Duties

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supporting the Aquatic team, the Duty Manager will ensure all compliance requirements are met, ensure plant room cleanliness and perform maintenance duties.

Who we are Looking for:

To be considered for this position, you will need:

  • Be flexible with weekend work and/or evenings/early morning work required for this position. Weekend working loadings will be applied.
  • Current Pool Operations Certificate of Competency or Health
  • Department of WA endorsed qualifications
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate
