HR Officer Learning and Development – Full Time Permanent

  • Salary: $85,864 - $91,188 per annum
  • Plus, up to 14.5% superannuation (conditions apply)

Join our dynamic team and play a key role in supporting the administration and coordination of the City’s learning and development initiatives. In this position, you’ll be responsible for managing the Corporate Training Plan and collaborating with the Senior HR Advisor - Learning & Development to implement a new Learning Management System and create engaging e-learning modules. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the growth of our team while gaining hands-on experience in a variety of learning and development projects.

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise, plan, and efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Extensive experience in coordinating learning and development programs and processes with strong communication skills to deliver inductions and training to diverse groups.
  • Proven expertise in using HR Information Systems (HRIS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on providing effective and responsive support.
  • Ability to proactively identify issues and implement solutions to drive continuous improvement in services and processes.
