We a looking for an experienced recruitment professional to
join our team.
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our recruitment efforts, managing the entire process from supporting supervisors in developing job descriptions to onboarding new hires. You'll provide valuable HR support, ensuring we attract and retain top talent. You will possess a deep understanding of recruitment processes and a genuine passion for identifying the ideal candidate for each role. Your keen attention to detail and adaptability will enable you to tailor your recruitment strategies to fit various positions within the organisation.
Your exceptional organisational skills will allow you to handle multiple recruitment efforts and candidates concurrently, ensuring that both internal and external stakeholders receive excellent customer service.
Working as part of a close-knit team, you will have the ability to work collaboratively, supporting team projects and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
