IT Project Manager

About The Role:

As part of the of the IT Projects team, you will work in an environment of genuine collaboration and teamwork to deliver information and technology solutions that deliver business and community value.

You will have the opportunity to be a positive, proactive and innovative member to lead IT projects (both big and small) across the organisation, providing project governance and change management, and monitoring and reporting on project outcomes to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.

This role is pivotal in delivering major transformative change for Council and our Community. 

About You:

• A passionate leader who thrives on delivering change that always brings great results for customers.
• Passionate about stakeholder management and someone your current boss can't keep away from stakeholders, whether executives or front-line workers, as you know they are the ones who will make your project successful.
• Someone who has a fantastic track record of managing complex IT projects from woe to go-live.
• Equipped with project methodologies? In your kit you already you have Agile, PRINCE2, and are looking to gain more.
• Considered a trusted advisor by your peers, thanks to your ability to simplify technical complexity.
• Happy to be the meat in the sandwich - helping projects stay on track by providing the right information for the right stakeholder.

The Information Services portfolio drives technology innovation at the City of Charles Sturt with leading cloud infrastructure, enterprise architecture and robust cybersecurity. The team leads next-generation technology delivery to enhance and expand digital services, and keep our community connected, safe and future-ready.

The Details:

The position is offered on a full-time, permanent basis and is classified at Level 7, with a salary range of $119,565.68 - $126,792.64 per annum + Super + Annual Leave Loading.
