The role:
Council is seeking a friendly and highly motivated individual to join our Library team. The Library Officer will provide quality, customer focused library services to the Upper Hunter Shire and play an essential role in supporting the development and delivery of diverse library programs and activities to meet the evolving needs of our community.

What we need from you:
Our ideal candidate will hold a Certificate III in Library and Information Services or related field and experience in a similar role. Good public relations and interpersonal skills are a must with the ability to provide group Library activities such as children activities, book club and Library events. The ability to obtain and maintain a current Working with Children Check is essential.
