What you need to know...

  • temporary three year term contract
  • full time - 76 hours per fortnight
  • the package:  $81,855 to $97,613 plus superannuation per annum

About the role

Dive into your new job at the Regional Aquatic Centre!

The Regional Aquatic Centre in Grafton is brand new and due to open in December. The new facility includes an outdoor 50m pool, an accessible zero depth splash pad and an indoor centre with two heated pools, a 25m and combined program and leisure pool.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Operations Supervisor to provide effective management of the pool activities, ensuring a safe environment is maintained at all times. We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience in asset management, plant room operations and grounds maintenance. The successful applicant will have a thorough knowledge of legislative requirements, pool safety standards and hazard prevention. Early mornings and weekend work will be required in this role.

This position is located at Council's Aquatic Centre, however, this may change should business needs identify other work locations to be more appropriate to deliver our services in the future.
