Council is seeking an application from an enthusiastic, experienced and suitably qualified person to join our team as a casual Ranger.
This position will assist with animal control and compliance responsibilities, provide assistance to the Community Compliance Coordinator and Local Laws/Animal Control Officer and participate in Council’s after hours/on call roster.
This is a casual position, based at our Wedderburn office.
Band 1 salary, $34.54 per hour plus applicable allowances.
About you:
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in animal handling/appropriate livestock farming practices
- Sound communication skills
- A current Victorian drivers licence and Victorian longarm (firearms) licence
