About the role

This position is a full time role in the Revenue team and based at the Moruya Administration Office.

Your main duties will include:

• Processing pensioner rebates and eligibility confirmations ensuring accuracy and in accordance with Council policy and balancing financial ledgers.
• Provide high level customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Responding to rates enquiries and correspondence and providing support to other members of the Revenue team to ensure overall department objectives are met.
• Ensure external revenue collections are processed and correctly accounted for in the relevant financial systems and reconciled. 

Salary information

Total remuneration for the role is in the range $71,618.90 to $78,662.64 gross per annum consisting of:

• $64,232.20 to $70,549.45 base salary
• $7,386.70 to $8,113.19 superannuation (at 11.5%)
