The Opportunity
Join our team of dedicated safety professionals committed to fostering a safe and supportive environment. We work collaboratively across various business operations to implement and enhance the Occupational Health & Safety Management System (OHSMS), ensuring both physical and psychological well-being for all employees. At the heart of our mission is a focus on continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement, and proactive safety measures.
As a Safety and Wellbeing Officer, you will play a key role in the ongoing development and delivery of the OHSMS. You will support a wide range of safety initiatives, including workers' compensation programs, general insurance administration, and safety audits. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact on health and safety outcomes, supporting employees across various teams and functions.
