Administration Support Officer

Salary: $1,184 to $1,327 per fortnight (based on 33.5 hours per fortnight) plus superannuation 

Appointed salary in this range will be based on skills, qualifications and experience.

About the role

The role involves providing administrative and operational support to the Mechanical Services Workshop. Responsibilities include sourcing, procuring, and processing all necessary purchasing documents, as well as updating and generating reports using the Council's TechOne corporate system.

The position requires a total of 33.5 hours per fortnight, working on Mondays and Fridays.

                                Monday                   Friday

Week 1 (17 hours)     6.30am - 3.30pm     6.30am - 3.30pm

Week 2 (16.5 hours)  6.30am - 3.30pm     6.30am - 3.00pm

About you

You will have experience in purchasing and in the operation of a mechanical workshop. You will have knowledge of sourcing techniques for mechanical parts and thrive in a team environment.
