Mansfield Shire Council is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and community focused individual to take up the role of Volunteer Program Officer. The successful candidate is responsible for coordination of the Volunteer Program established to recruit, induct and manage volunteers for Council services and programs. Incorporating the L2P program and coordination to meet Transport Accident Commission funding requirements and program targets.
Reporting to the Community Networks and Wellbeing Officer, the role also includes maintaining our volunteer policies, procedure, and handbook to reflect Volunteer Australia and Volunteer Victoria guidelines and principles.
Remuneration will be based on Band 5 Level A classification $74,317.88 (pro rata) per annum plus superannuation according to the Mansfield Shire Council Enterprise Agreement 2024.
