This position provides administrative support and assistance to the Program Leader Business and Systems, Branch Coordinators and all administrative functions of the Operations Branch, assisting with the day-to-day operation and administration of activities within Transport & Public Access Service, delivering outcomes that meet the objectives of the directorate & branch that comply with the Directorates Business Management System objectives.

You will have an extensive range of experience (typically gained over a period of five years) in an administrative role or equivalent demonstrated competencies. Advanced use of a range of computer applications including Word, Excel, Power Point, Desktop Publishing, Internet and Access, with particular reference to graphical reporting.

Remuneration: base salary commencing at $68,704 gross per annum
 + 11.5% superannuation 
 + performance payment 1% - 3.5% annual salary 
 + annual award increase
