About the position:
The City has a unique and exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our Ranger team.
The role of Casual Ranger is to promote public education on animal management, local laws, parking, fire prevention and to enforce relevant legislation, ensuring a safe and secure City of Greater Geraldton community. Casual Rangers assist the wider team to meet ongoing operational demands by covering roster gaps, including weekends and public holidays.

Position requirements:
Successful applicants will ideally have relevant qualifications and experience for the position, however the City will consider all applications and will provide necessary training for successful applicants.
Completion of a pre-employment medical including alcohol and other substances testing is required of all positions at the City.
Remuneration and benefits:
A casual rate of $45.83 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading) will be offered dependent on knowledge, skills, experience and qualifications.
