Civic Hospitality Officer – permanent full time
· Salary: $74,788.92 to $87,681.67 per annum
· Plus up to 14.5% superannuation (conditions apply)
· Ref No: 24-113
· 38 hours per week (flexible start and finish times)
The City is looking for a highly motivated Civic Hospitality Officer to deliver a range hospitality services for civic and ceremonial events including functions/meetings. Duties involve menu and food preparation, function set up and administration. This role provides a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers, stakeholders and guests and team leadership to a casual pool of hospitality attendants.
Successful applicants will be required to have the following:
· Tertiary qualification in Catering Operations or Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification and/or equivalent experience.
· Food safety certificate or equivalent qualification.
· Completion of SITHFAB002 – Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
· Current WA ‘C’ Class Driver’s License.
· First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain upon appointment.

· Experience in catering and stock control.
