About the role
Working outdoors - playing in the dirt! We have multiple apprenticeships up for grabs where you will train on the job, study and earn an income all while working towards obtaining a nationally accredited qualification. If you are looking for a job with loads of variety combined with working outdoors in the beautiful Eurobodalla Shire, this could be the perfect job opportunity for you!
Based from our Moruya Depot, these exciting training opportunities exist within the Works section of our Infrastructure Services department. Working with some of our highly skilled teams of engineers, technical, supervisory and operational staff, you will experience road building and reconstruction, kerb and guttering, stormwater drainage, streetscaping, cycle/pathway, landscaping and environment protection activities.
Over three years you will develop practical skills on the job and complete a Certificate III in Civil Construction (Road Construction and Maintenance).
These roles will suit those who are able to carry out physical labouring tasks, complete both work and study commitments, enjoy working in a team and have a desire to build a career while contributing to local community infrastructure.
