Full-Time Temporary Position (38 hours per week)

About the Role

As the Community Care Team Leader in Ampilatwatja, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, community-based care services. You will ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Aged Care Standards and NDIS Practice Standards, while fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for both clients and staff.

The Essentials

  • Territory qualifications or equivalent experience in aged or disability programs.
  • Proven leadership and motivation skills with the ability to work with aged, disability and community groups.
  • Hold a current Driver’s Licence.
  • Have completed 4WD training or have a willingness to undertake training.
  • A current National Criminal History Check (within the last 3 months).
  • A current Northern Territory Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card).

The Finer Details

  • Full-Time Temporary position paying Level 7 Pay Point 1 of the Barkly Regional Council Enterprise Agreement 2023.
  • Annual Salary of $80,014.91 ($3,079.12 per fortnight)
  • Remote Community Zone Allowance of $2.51 per ordinary hour.
  • 11.5% Superannuation.
  • Annual Leave of 6 weeks paid with 17.5% Leave Loading.
