The CDP Assistant Manager supports the delivery and management of the Community Development Program (CDP) by ensuring compliance with contract requirements and achieving key performance indicators. The role involves overseeing a diverse team, managing staff performance and development, and fostering relationships with local communities and stakeholders. Responsibilities include financial management, budget oversight, and ensuring services are culturally appropriate and meet the needs of job seekers. The Assistant Manager also plays a key role in continuous improvement, monitoring service delivery, and ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.
