The role:
The Coordinator Civil Contracts position manages the operational contract management of key contracts for the Civil Maintenance Team as detailed below:
Contract management will be undertaken in accordance with agreed levels of service whilst also ensuring contracts are managed in accordance with council's contract management framework, safe systems of works, and budgets.

The ideal candidate will be have previous experience in the management of Civil Maintenance Contracts within a local government setting. In addition, the candidate will be well organised, demonstrate high levels of motivation and enthusiasm, a strong commitment to safe work practices, good communicator, experience in managing budgets, providing project status reports, be a team player and have good problem-solving abilities.
