Position description and selection criteria
Customer Services Team Leader Description
You will lead the daily operations of front-line Customer Services for both the Margaret River and Augusta administration offices. You will also be responsible for licensing services and ensuring customers have access to information regarding Department of Transport services, compiling staff rosters and providing on-the-job training for new team members.
Demonstrated experience of the above responsibilities within a busy front-line customer environment or similar is essential. Proven experience of customer complaint handling and resolution abilities, supervising staff, developed communication and first-class customer service skills are key to being successful in the role.
