Blue Mountains City Council are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented kiosk coordinator who possesses strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. This is a newly created role that presents an exciting opportunity to assist in pioneering the re-opening of Katoomba Falls Kiosk in Katoomba. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day Kiosk operations, including management of Katoomba Falls Kiosk attendant staff, ensuring excellence in customer service, driving sales growth and maintaining a positive and inviting atmosphere for guests.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will be required to: Oversee the daily operations of the Kiosk, ensuring smooth and efficient service, exemplifying excellent communication skills to engage with customers, suppliers and staff, and be the nominated responsible person for Food Safety supervision.
Remuneration: salary to be confirmed.
+ 11.5% superannuation
+ performance payment 1% - 3.5% annual salary (if eligible)
+ annual award increase
