About the opportunity  

Join us as the Manager of Regulatory Services and lead a dynamic team to meet corporate, operational, and customer service objectives. This role offers the chance to enhance community wellbeing and safety through services like building, environmental health, Compliance, Prosecutions, emergency management, and school crossing supervision. 

As the manager, you will ensure our strategic directions align with legislation, best practices, and risk mitigation. You will also manage contracts for Environmental Health Services and provide valuable advice on regulatory service and building matters to various stakeholders. 

About You 

You are a strategic thinker with initiative, capable of seeing the bigger picture beyond your area of expertise. You have financial acumen, analytical skills, and a proven ability to manage budgets and implement workplace change effectively. 

Your understanding of the local government environment and its economic, political, and social issues, coupled with your experience in the compliance field, building and environmental health makes you an ideal candidate.
