Permanent Full-Time (35 hours per week)
The role:
Council is currently seeking a Senior Administration Officer to provide a high level of administrative support to the Business Services functions. Reporting to the General Manager, this position will provide advice to internal and external customers in relation to Business Services matters and assist in the management of general contracts including the development of tender documents. The role will be responsible for undertaking the administrative functions required of Council's properties and leasing arrangements, as well as coordinating venue bookings and management of booking systems.
What we need from you:
The successful candidate will hold a Certificate IV in Business Administration or Local Government experience and will have experience in a similar position. Demonstrated problem solving, prioritisation and communication skills with attention to detail is essential, as well as having highly effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
