We are looking for a suitably qualified Turf Maintenance Worker to join the team. You will be responsible for effectively and efficiently undertaking scheduled maintenance and construction activities associated with turf playing surfaces within Council sports fields.
The successful applicant will have:
Sound literacy, communication, and interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to use initiative.
Ability to work well within a team environment and to adapt to a changing environment.
Understanding and knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety.
Qualifications required:
Certificate II Horticulture and/or 2 years recent experience in turf maintenance.
Medium Rigid Truck "MR" Class licence or ability to obtain on commencement of employment
White Card
Traffic Management Accreditation or ability to obtain on commencement of employment
Position Hours: Full-Time, 76 hours fortnight.
Salary range: $62,151.09 to $65,364.74 plus superannuation
