Work Experience - Admin Landfill Operations

The City of Canterbury Bankstown is one of the largest Council’s in NSW with the most culturally, socially and economically diverse communities in Sydney. We deliver 21 key services such as childcare, waste collection, parks maintenance, libraries, community facilities and aquatic centres to over 370,000 residents.

The Role

We have exciting opportunities within our Leisure and Aquatics Unit. If you are passionate about learning new skills and willing to join our team for unpaid work experience, we want to hear from you!

You will be involved in

• Develop strategy to engage community on landfill and waste infrastructure importance, potentially including graphic design.
• Look at the site and optimise circular economy principles into the different materials entering and exiting the site.

• Priority will also be granted to those that have provided the relevant information requested by Council in their application.
