ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The Events team deliver an annual program of welcoming major community events, civic events and activations that celebrate Cumberland’s rich cultural tapestry and food cultures including Lunar New Year, Australia Day, Easter, Ramadan Street Festival, Diwali Festival and the crowd favourite, Sydney Cherry Blossom Festival.
The Events Producer will work with the Events Team to develop and implement Council’s Events Strategy. This position is responsible for planning, organising and executing a variety of Council events through full event lifecycle from development, planning, delivery, evaluation, assessment and reporting.
