What’s the role all about
Senior HR Business Partner roles to work in conjunction with two HR Business Partners to provide support to the workforce
This role works at an advanced level to partner with and influence Senior Stakeholders to develop and implement fit-for-purpose HR and Workplace relations solutions.
This role will provide authoritative and strategic advice on a range of highly complex and advanced people management, workforce planning and workplace relations matters to our Executives, Senior Leaders, and Managers.
You will bring to the role your advanced strategic and solutions focused mindset with proven experience operating as a Senior HR Business Partner.
As the Senior HR Business Partner you work in conjunction with a HR Business Partner to partner with a number of divisions within the organisation, to provide a high level of support and service across a range of different business groups.
We have a passionate and driven team who all work together to deliver outcomes that positively benefit our community.
